Rachel North

The artist wishes to acknowledge and pay respect to the First Nations custodians of the lands on which her work is produced, predominantly the Yuggera and Ugurapul peoples, and the lands she traverses. I recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and community. I pay my respects to them and their cultures; and to Elders both past and present for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the nation.
